I must say I think your kit is the best one i've seen so far. And as far as the videos go. Sounds amazing. If your kit performs as good as it sounds and looks. Then your pockest are going to be FAT! Anyways, I'm very interested in the kit and of course the price. HOPEFULLY the kit will be as much or less then the current kits offered. Oh one more question, how do you think your kit stacks up against ZPI's???
Thanks,

You said your high flow cat was glowing red, so the kit will probably ship catless. How will this effect passing SMOG? Are you going to try another cat? how about the stock cat and exhaust? How do you think those would hold up?

it wont ship catless, hes just not gonna include one in his higher level kits. It was only glowing from constant abuse and just be warned this is whats gonna happen when put the kit through these such conditions.
anyway after this kit i just might be able to finally put the g35s, wrx, the 350Z, the Z4, the and cobra at my school all in there place, might have to do a lil more to beat the m3 though

Sensay, here's what Joe said about the cat:
BTW, with the ignition back to normal, shouldn't that meet the goal of 260 whp? If the retardation caused approximately a 20 hp drop resulting in 244 whp, +20 would be 260 whp. Unless you're aiming for 260 with the 15% load and retarded ignition then we'll be looking at a dyno of well over 300 whp without the 15% load!
That's on a first stage turbo too!
Well, I'm going to have to wait until the kit is profitable enough to have a kit that recirculates everything and has a cat.

Now the future kits will probably not come with the Cat anymore (but may be an option for those who want it), and the wastegate will be dumped. This means we're expecting about 260WHP WITH the 15% load. Our goal is about 300WHP with minor modification, but 260 is reasonable.
Here's the graph, almost a perfectly flat (somewhat rich) fuel curve....

SWEET! Tho, my vote is to still retain a cat and have the wastegate recirc'd. I don't wanna have to worry about a CEL cause of no cat, like the ppl with the catless headers are seeing. I know where all my tax return $$ is going!!!! :D

Have you guys solved the ecu / emanage problems yet? I see you have the dyno up so I'm assuming that you did. Just wanted a final confirmation, I want to make sure the kit is reliable, getting enough fuel, etc...

Yeah the AFR is great for WOT. Under partial throttle the ECU is still trying to learn it's on maps again so it's a little more difficult to tune. We'll be driving the car for a while to see how well it holds and if there's other measures needed to take place. We are planning on using the pressure sensor very soon because TPS does not take load into account. The Greddy MAP setup will allow for having a better tune in independent gears, vs. a tune for a general assumed load (usually found in 3rd +).
