Oil Catch Can Install Q....

Alright guys, i know ive got mad photoshop skillz.. lol (MS Paint) but check out the pic. Most of the Catch can install pics ive seen on tcs, (which arent many) are connected to A. From engine to catch to intake piping.
The other day I saw a setup where it was the rear of the engine that was connected to the catch can then to the intake manifold (B)... (first time i had seen it). So my question is... what is the correct way to connect the Catch?
I didnt have a pic that shows the (B) connection so... for those of you who know what im talking about... use your imagination... lol
Help! lol
the rear where the throttle body is blows into the engine? and the front where the bypass tube is blows out? i would think it was the other way around. Ive noticed some peeps putting breathers on the front section....can anyone else confirm this?just to clarify Thanks for the help.
they put the breather on there just so there is no open hole. I just have a tube on mine.
Stock, it is connected to the intake. When air going in your intake, it blows by that front, sucking some air out of it, creating a vacume in the valve cover. At least that's how I understand it.
