Default Painted Manifolds

Anyone know the general area of temp a manifold gets? I know its recommended powerder coating, but im a decent painter myself. Does exhaust paint (high temp engine paint) that you can purchase, will that do the trick or will it just burn off? Keep in mind im new to turbos so dont flame me.

A/F ratios dictate this, but I think powdercoating might be inadequate. I would recommend atleast something 1500 degrees just to be safe.

Assuming you do not hit any lean spots, I guess so.

I would have it ceramic coated. It will provide a thermal barrier (less heat in the engine bay).

I believe we charge $125 for a manifold. Available in Blue, Black or Cast Gray.. I recommend the Black or Gray.

How much to do the exhaust manifold, downpipe and the hot side of the turbo? Any other parts to coat?

Manifold $130
Downpipe $20/Ft
Turbine $75

Those would prove to be the MOST beneficial.
