Please Help! Injectors leaking..
So I just took my stock injectors off to compare the clips to the SARD injectors I purchased, after putting everything back together they are leaking, badly. I made sure all the injectors were lined up in the slot they go in perfectly,
but after tightening the bolts on the fuel rail down they are still lose and spin back and forth if I turn them, they don't move up and down but deff not tight, and I cant tighten the bolts anymore.
Any suggestions?

the injectors are suppose to be able to move side to side. i recommend you buy new injector gaskets and also lube them. i used engine oil just a lil not soak it.. that mite fix your problem
My injectors can turn a little bit but they do not leak at all. Are you actually leaking fuel?? If so where around the injector?? Actually as a matter of fact according to the service manual if the injector cannot rotate then the o-ring on the injector should be replaced. Inspect the o-rings on the injectors and make sure none of them are broken. Also make sure each injector has a rubber bushing inside the hole in the intake manifold before installing. You may want to lube up those rubber bushings before reinstalling your injectors.
OuterHeaven - I think you are talking about the larger o-rings right?
Same thing happened to me the first time i put my RC injectors in. they aren't seated correctly. Like everyones said, lube them up and be very careful when you are putting them back in, the bigger o-ring slips off really easy. If I remember correctly I actually ended up having better luck seating the o-rings in the head(unattatched to the injectors), then pushing the injectors into the o-ring and seating the fuel rail on top of them once they are all in. Hope I'm making sense. Good luck!
Oh one more thing, make sure its turned the right way, the larger o-rings are not symmetrical.

I got them sealed up, it was just one that wouldn't seat for anything!
I took it apart and put it back together a few times and used some gasket conditioner on them and it's all good.
Still a little nervous but I let it run for 10 minutes with no leaking at all.
