OK first you cannot drive the car without a flash and it WILL NOT handle any kind of boost on the stock ECU. This is a myth that really needs to be put to bed. Not to mention that you will void the warranty if you don't get a reflash. But putting that aside You need to do a compression test ASAP.
When you said that you had all that installed did the dealership it put on?

One of my car club members is running the following set-up:
TRD supercharger, K & N cold air intake (custom cut for supercharger), Agency-Power crank pulley, ZPI supercharger pulley, TWM stage I short shifter, Draxas S pipe.
He has not done the re-flash and has put about 2K miles on it since the install, he has not experience any power loss or any leackeage. The reason he has not done the re-flash is because he found out that it is permanent, that means if you ever want to go back to stock or want to upgrade to a turbo, you will need to buy a new OEM ECU($$$). So he is going to get the Unichip and have it tuned for his set-up. Here are some pics and details about his tC:

BTW, all of his installs were done at:

canoga park, ca 91304

fax. 818.887.4632

What kind of tuning has been done to the car? If there hasn't been any then just wait for the problems to start rolling in. You cannot introduce F/I to an engine and not have any kind of change to the fuel map. It will cause problems period.

Like I said you cannot introduce F/I to an engine without changing something in the fuel map. Just because something works right now doesn't mean that it will continue to work over time. Let see how those car are doing after 20K miles or so.
ZPI dyno'd it with no re-flash.

You have a lot more Tq without the reflash.

Alright, ready?
Hole #1 = ~150psi
Hole #2 = ~150psi
Hole #3 = ~105psi (not a typo)
Hole #4 = ~150psi
Award goes to desertheat.
For what its worth, it took less than 100 miles for this to happen.
Have a nice day!

Sorry to hear that bro...lemme ask you a question, did you have regular octane gas in the car when you put the supercharger on or did you have a fresh tank of premium? If you had regular in there thats what sped up the process.

Thanks again everybody for the input and ideas. I hope this helps mtxgalant as well.
Now, where can I get "better" rings?

The dealer I am working with is absolutely outstanding. They take care of me like its nobody's business. All I really need to worry about at this point is performing any internal upgrades while I can. As I don't have any crazy plans for the car, one of the techs suggested that I try to find some "higher quality" components, specifically rings, for them to apply while they're in there. Its not a must, more of an opportunity.
ZPI said they had rings but were unaware of the compatibility with the stock pistons. Any other ideas?
I've been meaning to mention that throughout this whole ordeal I've never had a CEL or any other indicator light come on. At the same time, the car isn't neccesarily running poorly at all, its just slightly slower.
Thanks again everybody!
This is really turning into a great opportunity to have some cool things happen.
