Man I'm really torn between the two. Any plans on creating a straight through mid-pipe?

Trav

If this is for your TA, do you have to have a full exhaust? Can you have something shorter or do the rules prohibit that?

running that turbo, at wot you are right its more on the turbo spool and wg more than the exhaust.. for daily driver though it gets annoying after sometime so I have a resonator on now.. sounds great right now but i missed listening to quality music on my car already.. I guess I now have 2 rear section to change from time to time.. I love the v2 look too

I'm running Modified now since it's pointless to run Street class. However, only class you can run shorter would be Unlimited. So, yea per rules you have to have a full exhaust. In Street, the exhaust has to have a Cat.

Yeah, I can see that. I think I won't listen to the radio though for the first year I'm back on boost....lol. Hearing that BB hiss at you is a symphony all on it's own.

In that case I would do V1 with a straight mid-pipe. The less restriction the better.

Yeah with those I can see it sounding different. Kinda like Mo's, in that one video of him doing some highway pulls. Didn't sound the same as when I rode in the TA car.

We already thought about this before releasing the info on the Option2 rear section. but that would introduce Option3 j/k.

For now we probably will not introduce that optional straight midpipe. Again, our main reason for doing the Option2 rear section was to fulfill 2 common requests (1. give another option for the rear section, & 2. reduce the DB level). So, the Option2 seems to fulfill those two needs.

Who know, we may offer the straight mip-pipe section as a "made to order" option...similar to our catted version s-back.

Anyone can modify a midsection...

Trav just get the V1 and have an exhaust shop modify it with 3" SS piping.

I would be on the "made to order" list for a straight through, and the muffler would be a 3inch inlet 4inch outlet Aero Turbine. That would be my dream exhaust.

I would expect the price to go up a bit on the V2 due to added muffler hopefully not by much, if price is matched to the old one thats an awesome deal imo..

2 Ptuning:

Are you guys going to create a dyno for these new products ?

i guess mainly for the people who just want to swap out the rear section from V1 to V2...

also another question, i currently have 3" s-pipe back exhaust, if i will switch in the future to your 3" would i absolutely have to retune the car ?
