Here's a few more pictures of what the production v2 rear section of our 3" exhaust system will look like on the vehicle. BTW, the exhaust system is extremely quiet and you can barely hear the car running at idle. We tried to get a sound clips but unfortunately the sound recording on our regular camera didn't turn out too well--all you hear was static wind noise. We'll try to get a good exhaust sound clips shortly.

I love it!! Thank you ptuning! I was a fan of the first exhaust but the straight through design was a little awkward. This will be my next exhaust for sure, saving for turbo as im typing this.

I find it interesting how much demanding PTuning customers or interested patrons are when it comes to their products. A simple exhaust section and it's....

"I won't buy until I see"
- Dyno of old exhaust
- Dyno of new exhaust and compare (which would require them to remove the old one, put the new one on, put the car back on the dyno strap it down and re-run)
- Sound clip
etc...

I find it pretty funny. If they go through all that to make you guys happy then they are awesome to do that, I know I for one would do nothing more than get a sound clip and call it a day.

We probably won't dyno the new version for obvious reasons: It a straight through design muffler, and the muffler resides practically near the exhaust tip. Therefore, the HP and TQ number will probably be near identical to the old style.

We tried to provide sound clips using the only source we have, and that was a few cell phones. Unfortunately, the quality from the phone was very poor. We will try again with a better tool and update with sound clip within the next few days.

Thank you all once again for your interest and patience.

Regards,
Mike @ PTUNING

I'm comparing the request here to those found on other threads by other companies for their products. If you go do the same, you will see what I was talking about.

PS....I hate salesmen...lol

Couple of questions on this kit:

1) Can I hook up the turbo back to the stock header? I want to replace the stock piping and trd exhaust with the option 2, including a new s-pipe. and I love the 3" exhaust all the way through.

2) Would anything bad happen if I hook up a 3" exhaust on an N/A car? I hear there may be a couple problems such as backpressure.

this does look really good but i looooooovveee how the current ptuning exhaust sounds. i've loved my V1 exhaust since i bought it. it's most definatley the best investment on my car.
