Ptuning fuel return problem

im gonna try and see if i can find another regulator and see if that fixes the problem. Thats really the only thing i see that can be giving me these problems. Before i do that ill probably open the tank 1 more time to see if that plug for the factory fpr is leaking. although im pretty sure its working fine.
before you get another fpr tell me how far you have the set screw in? are you almost all the way down? after the engine is fully warm (20min of driving) what is pressure at with vac line and without vac line. Watch what the pressure is without a vac source (regardless of engine temp) and see if it stays steady for a couple of days. (not saying to run without a vac line but check it every so often without the vac line)

Chris ill do the tests and post the results within the next two days. 1 day with vacuum and the next with no vacuum.
