so i went to the 1/8th mile again to test out what my car could do and this time around my car was tune to 12Lbs through Mike aka elevationtc aka Mtuning lol so i took my best time slip of the night and i hope everyone can take my word on the slip cause i had to darken the numbers with a pen so everyone could see it so here it is! oh yea, i'm the one on the right just in case anyone should ask =)



and most all my runs were very consistant too! from 8.8 to 9.0 all night! not bad considering i had to battle crazy wheel spin in 1st and second gear! i probably had about 20 runs the whole night.

BTW i'm still runing on the stock Bridgestone Turanzas =) next weekend hopefully i get to go out with slicks!!!

If your going with slicks go yo the 1/4 track. Damn 20 runs I feel bad for your car lol

8's on stock tires....very nice.

 

not bad times at all bro...you beat me by .1 (stock tires and stock clutch on 7-8psi)

I take it though your running something better than a stock clutch...no matter what thats some decent times imho. slicks and more practice you will see great improvement...good luck!!

 

i have the stage 4 clutchmaster clutch and stock flywheel setup =) and hopefully soon we can make a trip to the 1/4 mile as everyone tells me without a doubt with slick i'm in the mid to high 12's =O i hope so!! lol i have never raced with slicks though so i'm sure if someone were to videotape, there would be some pretty funny bloopers lol but i do have the N2MB launch control feature installed so lets see how that turns out whenever i do go!

 

just dont blow ur motor doing a 2 step burnout like mike haha

2.1 60' time is good fro stock tires.. what psi were the tires at? Very good job!

 

i will try not to blow my motor haha and my 2.1 60" was with my tire pressures at 30psi =) i had a lot of ppl tell me i should lower em down but i just let em be. it was hooking really good for what it was at.....i agree though, thats not a bad 60" for stock tires and there is always room for improvement. we need to have a track day! everyone is invited this weekend lol
