I thought Quaife doesn't make LSD for the tC anymore cuz TRD bought the product and badge it as it own... is the Quaife cheaper than the TRD LSD?

Quaife does still make it, but TRD is the exclusive distributor.

Read the bold. You can only buy through TRD. No exceptions.

Either one of 3 things.

1) out-dated site

2) buying from TRD and reselling them

3) unaware of the new distribution

Below is the email from Quaife USA we received last year. We posted this too.

Quaife America's part number 94.309.180, A.T.B. differential for the Scion tC, will from hence forward be available exclusive through Toyota Racing Development (TRD). Please remove this product from your website and any associated marketing media.

Thank you.

Try to order one and find out what happens, I guarantee they'll send an e-mail back saying it is out of stock or discounted.

Normally, I would stay away from TRD parts because of the price, but the LSD turned out to be a better deal when Toyota began selling it.
