o.k. So I got bored this morning and decided to drop a new boost gauge in my car. The one I got off a buddy of mine, is slightly different than my current one. The new one requires to tap into the dimmer wire (which is no problem) but I have no idea which one it is, and the vague wire diagrams I have, I cant seem to locate it. So my questions are which wire is it, what color and location? Did you guys tap into the dimmer or some other 12v source? If so which one. Also what size tube are you guys running into the vacuum line? The one supplied with this kit is tiny maybe 1/8th of an inch, where my current one is closer to 1/4.
I tried to search for what I needed but couldn't find what I was looking for.

I just tapped into the cig. lighter wire. I dont use it so I wont overload it. Either way It just runs 1 l.e.d. off it, so no worries. I'll try to make the diy here within next couple of days, work sucks.. lol
