Default Question about exhaust on Turbos?

Im reading a lot and trying to learn as much as I can on FI. I know that many of the individuals looking for power gains decide on a turbo kit while completely accepting the facts of legal issues. But for someone wanting to remain legal, can a high flow cat be the way? I don't see any discussion on this topic. If you have any set ups in particular give me a link, I'm very interested. Im also interested in the SP kit so if you know of a set up that can be intergrated with the SP kit it would be appreciated.

I would like for someone to explain to me the exhaust route from the manifold all the way to exhaust tip with a High flow cat if is not too much to ask. Would the high flow cat be part of the s-pipe? Also, what's the difference between catback and axleback exhust. I always just saw cat back exhaust sysmtems. Thanks.

On the stock manifold (header) there's a standard/primary cat. Then there's the S-pipe. Right after the s-pipe is a secondary cat, that then leads to a resonator. The resonator then leads to the muffler.

From a turbo perspective. I don't know what other companies offer but our own is like this...
Turbo manifold->Turbo->downpipe with highflow-cat->s-pipe->stock 2ndary cat-back OR our optional exhaust which continues the highflow from the S-pipe all the way to a new muffler. All 2.5" mandrel bent, all polished stainless steel. $585 upgrade. Typically adds 15-20HP.

I'd suggest ZPI S-Pipe and Full Exhaust system. I run with my turbo kit and it sounds amazing. It is on sale now too.

If you search you can find a video with a sound clip with that exhaust setup.

So obviously the turbo exhaust manifold will eliminate the pre-cat. Then the down or S-pipe to an either full exhaust or a high flow cat. If you choose to put a high flow cat, would it even help it stay legal or would removing of the pre-cat at the headers have already taken you out of carb regulations?
