Default Question about F/I

hi guys i know this guy around here who knows a lot about cars and he told me this and it really baffled me. he said that if i turboed my car that i would have to worry about chassis flex and have to worry about bending my frame because of the power of the engine with a turbo on it. is this possible on our cars and even true? i mean its not like its a V8 dragster or something.

Whoever told you this, either doesn't know you have a 4-cyl which won't make anything over 350/350 as a street car, or he is a total retard.

LOL, is it even possible to get chassis flex in a front wheel drive car? You would have to have an extremely powerful engine to get any sort of flex.

The first thing that will go (if not your motor mounts) will be your axles. Obviously this only applies if you drag race from a stop or if you like to peel out a lot.

Yea, I was thinking about those two things when I posted earlier. All you'd really have to worry about is your mounts with is easily fixed with harder mounts and/or an engine dampener and torque steer.
