Default Racing Spark Plugs

Has anyone tried to run racing NGK 4091 plugs / part number R5671A-7? Its a non resistor plug, just curious wanted to see.

if those r the v power 1 step cold they wont last too long

i ran then in my car and the filed pretty fast im show plugs to get tonight when we meet up

I tried them in -8 because they were the only 2 step colder copper plug, because of being non-resistor, they caused some crazy breakup/misfire issues in my car. These plugs I believe were intended for older non-efi/non-electronic ignition cars. Ive since gone back to Iridium 2 step colder which work great. In fact Ive been on the same plugs for about a year now with anywhere between 18-28psi. FWIW I gapped them down to .022 which has done great even up in the 28psi range.

I use them but in 8s. No problems at 23psi/500whp

It also could have been the FIC - never did try them again once I went to the EMan Ult. My FIC was always finicky anyways.

I tried them on a 100 shot nitrous setup car ran a high 14 the plugs def were doing something crazy and drivability was sluggish

im with big g i used them in my xa and my sisters lancer the lancer did ok ran a little lean my xa blew #2 and 4 in a 5 min period ive like the doubleplats truly they react well with a cai
