Default Random multiple cylinder misfire detected

How can I narrow down the cause of this? I have already changed the plugs after that I’m not sure where to go. Could this be related to afr because I have to connect the gauge still so I don’t know as of now the afr. In addition if it’s helpful the car has a issue with its idle where it goes up and down and never seems to be stable.
Attachments are the error codes, freeze frame data and emanage graph.

Default misfire

how many miles. are you running with cold air intake ? are you useing maf if so check maf it might be dirty. your readings looks ok short trim coo. long trim within specs. you may also have a vacuum leak . that will also cause unstable idle. and incorrect a/f readings. how about throttle duty %

miles 69000, maf replaced same issue, vac leak is a possible but I have not yet found one and I did check. I hope the attachment answers the question about throttle duty I put everything in there.

A lean condition would sputter, That's when you would need to clean/change a MAF or even O2 sensors. Rich is inconsistent idle, and surges. what's the CEL code number?

Sorry didn't see the Chart. I would put my money on O2 sensors or Fuel injectors, could also be Coil packs. I work on my own cars, and i always seem to change Plugs, and Coils at 70,000 miles.

Also is gap on the plugs that important that it could cause this. The plugs are NGK iridiums I think the gap out of the box is .44 I got injector cleaner in the tank now, guess I will se if that helps. I also notice when the idle is messy raising the throttle a bit will have the same issue bouncing around so its not just idle.

Also having the injector cleaner in the tank made the jumping around worse. I have not got through the tank yet to see the end product but for the most part it sounds like a fuel issue correct?
