Default Random Studder , Now Permanent?

Ok so lately maybe once every few days my car would randomly have a studder issue, in any gear pretty much at any % throttle itll pullback and just start studdering, drive, studder, drive, studder. Sometimes its as though i have a misfire or something because even getting into first is a pain in the ___. This used to happen randomly and not to often, i had changed the plugs last week and hoped it helped but nope, now for the last 3 days its occured everyday, and im kinda clueless.. my AFR reads normal when it happens although once or twice i think it had shot lean. What could it be, i know its nothing in the map as it had ran fine before.

im going to but this isnt a tune problem im pretty sure and mike doesnt seem to think so either...

my car kept running like ____ when i was on basemap bcuz i changed injectors... once i went to mikes.. and got tuned.. ran like stock car

When you changed the plugs what gap was it on? And what gap was the old plugs on?

the plugs i have now are iridium platinums and i asked advanced for something to close the gap and they go "u cant close the gap on the platinums it ____s up the *something retarded*" so there like gapped 40... i know there supposed to be like what 28 or something? should i just close the gap anyway?

You can close the gap. You can open the gap. That guy is a fool I have done it before just be very careful cause the tip is sensitive but you don't have to go that low .32 should be good for you I have mines at .28 but that's cause I am gonna be running high boost. And if you were going with something cheaper then NGO you should go to MGM vpower ones. That's what I got and there good and cheap.

I would check your plugs like others have said but also make sure everything with the FIC is plugged in correctly. At one point my car would randomly shut down but I would be able to start it up. I could not figure it out but when I unplugged and replugged my FIC it all went away.

fic is plugged correctly... REGAPPED plugs... issue is still there... so now what? just studders/pulls back randomly in any gear at any rpm even WOT, whenever it feels like it, it seems lol.

does it happen after rain or at any time? mine kinda studders a lot the day after it rains a lot then it just cleans out and is good.

now that i gapped the plugs its happening at all times.. i drove it, let it sit, drove it, let it sit... everytime i drive it studders and these are violent studders, like in 1st or low rpm's in 2nd the whole car jerks (stiff motor mounts), but weirdly at part throttle boosting it didnt seem to happen, but cruising it happens alot now... wtf is going on

soo took my MAF out to clean it.. ended up having an empty can on electric parts cleaner so i just blew on my MAF lol.. then i put it back in, plugged stock ecu in and drove... DROVE PERFECT so smooth.... then i put FIC back on and now IT drove smooth aswell... im so lost lol...

Uuumm got me there. Mayeb your maf was a lil dirty or dusty whatever and by you blowing it hahahaahah sorry inside joke. By you blowing you probably blew off some debri?

maybe the maf wasnt plugged in all the way before.

It sounds like a misfire. Or you could be starving for running to rich/lean in that area, check your map in those areas where it occurs.
