so ive dropped my oil pan multiple times ( i think 4x) and tomorrow ill be dropping it again to replace the gasket for the oil strainer that shoulda been replaced almost a year ago when i had taken this piece apart.... anyways



i have 4 stripped bolts for the oil pan do you guy suggest u just thread it a size larger?

 

You could go up a size but I'd use heli-coils instead.

 

heli coils would be fine for the oil pan as you barely torque the bolts.

i think those bolts are like 10ft lbs
