Lol you don't make sense. A Sti is like 14k more then a Tc. Why not put that 14k on the Tc then see if it's worth it. Yes a sti is nice and awd. But also expensive as hell. Sti don't make that much power on stock components. I ran. Sti on stock turbo 26psi and I was just one 13psi and I beat it. And I didn't spend more then 3g on my custom kit. Why does that tell you.

I bet if you checked insurance rates on a Sti you won't find much of a difference between it and a tC..just
because the car has better performance and a higher price tag does not neccessarily influence the insurance

It is a noticeble difference between both cars. Now if the Tc was considered a sports well there won't be a difference.

Forget the sti get a Caliber srt4 stock block will get you 500+whp I'm putting down over 300whp with just a intake down pipe and bigger front mount on stock boost (8psi). Can't hold this mini van down lol

Yeah, the STI is notably cheaper to insure than the tC .

When I had my tC, it was under my parents name and I was a secondary driver for it. I now have my own insurance policy for my WRX, and it's almost $100 a month less than the tC was, and that was taken out when I was 23. I even checked older STI's and WRX's and they all came out significantly cheaper than the tC, under multiple insurance carries.

wow thats crazy i just called up my agent at state farm and he said it would be 40 dollars more a month for full-coverage on brand new STi

anyway OP your tC is probaly paid for or almost done i assume whats the point of jumping right into more payments for under 5 to 6k you can buy a turbokit and get suspension off classfeilds

shoot Dezod S1 kit is i think 3.8k brand new full system and great power on just 8psi

Well when I check it was for same year sti as my Tc. I guess it's all about what company. I just font see how a 34k car can be cheaper the a 17k car. Oh well.

Big whoop. It's most ticketed. Like I said my insurance charges more. Probably cause the car is more expensive and it will take more money to pay for a sti to get fixed or stolen compared to a Tc. I guess I dunno. I'll stick with what my insurance quotes me.

If your still not understanding me well there's no helping you. Ride into the sunset in your gen coupe lol.
