Ross over at RippMods asked me to start a thread regarding a group buy of their cams for use with the TRD Supercharger.

I gained 30-50whp with these. The benefit scales with boost and engine management, though it's unknown what the gains will be on the TRD map since I already had e-manage when I installed them.

$650 is the base cost of the cams, with a $250 refundable core charge when they receive your old ones back. This will help them keep rolling on the regrinds. So the total initial outlay is $900.

very interested. Wish you had of waited another month. My wife was not happy with the meth kit.
But a group buy will make me buy immediatly for the cams.

Don't worry, we're not there yet, just gauging interest. Since they're regrinds, Ross has to get 10 stocker cams to do the whole job, that probably won't be an overnight thing either.

You should see if he will do a return refund of the old one. I will probably go up to ripp to have them do the install and tune next summer when I get back.

I'm sure this would benefit turbos as well. After all you are increasing lift on the exhaust side which turbos run on exhaust gases. I am intrested in a group buy on these I I'll be running these on a turbo set up so it'll cool to show gains with these.

That's great, but you'd benefit more on cams that allow more overlap...

I may be interested in these , but I cant get an answer on how easy it is going to be to get shims for the lashcaps ??? my 2rz which is in tacoma trucks is so hard to find lashcaps I have a set of cams for it just sitting cause I cant find the shims . can someone please give me an answer.
