Just my two cents...
After mine was installed at the dealer, I asked them about a break-in period. They told me not to romp on it for a couple hundred miles, but this same dealership didn't know a thing about the warranty, so I'm not sure if they had any idea. I took a road trip that same weekend, put about 250 miles on it, and didn't go heavily into boost...I've it on for about 3500 miles, and it runs peachy, so I guess I did something right.
As for power...it's progressive. You're not gonna get blown away immediately, since it builds in PSI to higher RPMs. I notice a nice difference around 3 grand and above. I'm definitely happy with it, though. And mine's stock. I have the Forge SPLT-R, but I'm holding off until I get a boost gauge so that I can see the difference.

I didnt really give it much of a break-in period, not more than getting used to how the car felt.
And admittedly, im threadjackign here: when does the boost "begin" with the S/C? I was under the impression that the boost is constant from idle to redline.

ask them what the cost is for installation, then order the supercharger from sparks and have it installed, should be less, if not, take it to another dealership.
3200 is the sc 600 was install. . . . .plus i live in hawaii meanin i would still have to pay for shipping from trdspark. so would be around the same . . . .
i left the header on . . . . . .but why take it off ? ? ? ?

got my car back last night . . . . . didnt want to give on the first day so ill jus wait for about 400mile. . . .will post pic later on . . . . . jus wonder how hard is it to install the forge 007 ? ? ?what spring should i use also ???
i left my DC header on and told them don't install the head shield . The only thing they complain was the the engine dampener. They said it got to come off or the SC won't fit. They are bunch of idiots. I had to put it back on myself.
