I've been modding and driving the car for 6 years. Installed the Dezod S1 turbo, Ptuning and everything else in Feb. Bought a dd, slammed the car and turned it into a toy.












It's always just been a show car but now been bitten by the performance bug.

Installing Competition Stage 2 clutch, competition 12lb steel flywheel, engine bushing and doing a center tach converstion in the next 2 weeks.

Also what lip kit is that, It looks great.

 

The engine needs a lot of work. Other then the paint job I have done all the work myself (with a lot of help from friends). I don't really know a ton about the engine but I'm learning and I know it's the next thing that I have to really work on.

Nice turbo kit!

 

I'm the 3rd owner and the kit is still running strong. I gotta say the S1 kit is definitely the best bang for your buck and it time tested.

I love it!

 

If you did not change out any silicone or anything, I think I know who the original kit owner was and let me tell you that if all traces back how I recall, this kit is OLD! I mean 2005 production.

Wow. I'm pretty sure it's all original. That's crazy. This kit is possibly 7 years old.

I need to get a proper tune done. I want to take the car from RI to Cincinnati in October. Do u have any advise?

 

If you're willing to drive, there is a good tuning shop in NH called Kinetic Motor Werks.

 

Not terribly uncommon. Longest running kit on one car original purchaser that I am aware of is over 100K miles.

Wow. no kidding. The Dezod S1 has a very good rep!

 

Good running man. Yea...I will say, even if you were to beat on it a lot, these motors can go a long way on boost. My boy Kevin has 98k miles and he's ragging the Hell out of it every time we hit the road course or AutoX.

 

Gotta love Toyota quality.

Fantastic interior. And I keep seeing boosted tCs.. Makes me want to really get on the ball about my auto to manual swap so I can boost mine.

I know the turbo was going to be fun but I had no idea it was going to be this great. The Dezod s1 is awesome. I'm the 3rd owner, it's 7 years old and works perfect!
