just hold off on the kit until u have enough money to get a piggyback and tune. then put it on all at once so u can run 6psi all the time.

happy BD man !

BlackSand is right 5-6 psi untune will NOT be enough to compete with Z and G's...
when you get tuned 6 psi should give you enough to surprise them...

Im tuned on 7psi and I have a rough time keeping up with stock Z's G's at the track.

A good Z driver can pull a high 13 in the 1/4 mile. I dont see many Turbo Tc's on low boost doing that

What would it take to get a TC to run high 13's without going to high boost number? Will a good tune do it? Motor work? Sorry for the really basic question, but FI is still a little bit of a mystery to me.

If your at the track, you can use slicks to get traction, but you still need to be a great driver to get into the 13's on low boost even with slicks

On the streets, just hope your racing from a roll and you brake boost lol

You are tuned on 7psi? and have trouble taking on G's and Z's?
I'm tuned on 9psi and feel my competion well past there stock range. My good friend has a modded N/A g35 with a reflash, clutch, flywheel, and intake. and i find our boosted cars to be much faster. An untuned tC against a stock G should beat it or at least stick damn well close

Your friend must suck at driving then lol

What times do you run at the track? I have only seen ONE boosted Tc (in person) get into the 13's and he was on 11.5 Psi

Im not saying I have never beat Z's and G's, I actually beat them all the time. But only beacuse most of the drivers suck.
