boosted or not those afr are on point for our ecu you can be tuned all you want for what ever afr you would like but so long as you have a piggy back the ecu will do corrections. and ive been boosted for over 4 years sae difference, granted you should still do a vac test, besides the smoke test you can grab a can of carb cleaner or something and spray around each hose, coupler, pipe and if the cars RPM drops or the afr goes rich then that means you found a leak

That works well for larger leaks, but sucks for small leaks. I tried that on areas I knew were leaking (I purposely didn't tighten areas to test it out) and the carb cleaner didn't do squat.

For AFR's that lean, it would probably be either a large leak or series of small leaks. Make sure all your bolts are torqued also. They can sometimes loosen after a while.

so i change the spark plugs, just for the hell of it....reset my ecu..upon first start up,car wasnt running nearly as lean...15.3 15.8....so idk if spark plugs made any difference,or resetting the ecu for longer then i usual do did it..but prob still have small leak...gonna drive the car around for a bit,see how my afrs are..whats the best spray to check for smaller leaks....

Carb cleaner is hit or miss with leaks. With small leaks, it may not change anything. Best bet is a smoke machine or you can try the Scotty Kilmer method. Look up his youtube channel for how to do it.

Also inspect your MAF very carefully. I was running lean a while ago and turned out that my MAF was busted. Make sure the O-Ring is sealing very well and the screws are snug on there. Also make sure that the MAF isn't angled. That was my problem back then, however it was very noticeable b/c the car would hesitate and shutter.

I think you mean BKR7EIX-11. If so, they come pre-gapped to .044". You'll need to gap them to between .028~.036. I had to play around with the gap several times on my setup. Finally landed between .030 and .034 for it to behave.

Everyone is different. There are ppl who use .030 just fine and others that need smaller or larger. Mine liked between .030 and .034. Start with .030 and see how it runs. Monitor the fuel trims and if it feels funny, change the gap. I would start bigger (like .036) and go smaller if necessary. Just my opinion. You'll have to investigate on your own. Make sure to have a spare set of plugs and careful when gapping. Do this at your own risk. If uncertain, then I'd suggest leaving it to someone with more experience.

so i ajusted the gap to .34,huge difference in the car response, alot smooth,do you think going lower will benefit more, like .30....i might do like .32 and see what happens

so im running on 8psi right now,on a street tune,i have it gap at .34,before i had it at .36,which ran good, but decided to try .34 and ran alot better, afrs were alot more stable,my question is,when i get on the dyno, and when i up the boost let say 10 psi...would i have to lower the gap,or would .34 be good enough,i know,
