grinding/clicking is definetly not good. maybe you have a bad bearing. search for supercharger problems. i found a ton before i decided to buy one.

ok. it a noise when i accelerate. it sounds like a grinding/ clinkering noise. its coming form the engine bay. it does it around 2-3k rpms. it sounds like its coming from th s/c.

i dont know what else to say.

hmm............ is it clicking at a constant rate? like its just making clicks no matter how fast you go? or does the clicking go faster when u speed up and it clicks slower when u slow down?

^ yeah i would do that too... take headers off so they wont use the headers as a reason that might cause the problem

You will not get it warrantied with the header. My dealer was nice enough to tell me to put back on my stock header before they sent the pictures to trd.

but they can prove in a few different ways that having that header can lead to a lot of problems with the s/c...just some advice.

i get up at 5 be at work at 6 and dont get home till 7 so the header will be a pain.

the dealer put the s/c on with the header already on, so they know about it. not to mention i couldnt get the header on myself w/o the s/c its gonna be hell to get it off now.

this thing has been nothing but a hassle.

to be honest im at the point with this car were if they void it then ill part the s/c out cause ill get nothing for it, part out the car car and get a cobalt ss, so i wont have to deal with aftermarket crap.

this car has been nothing but stress for me, and ive had about enough

^ and in a few thousand miles you'll be having other troubles ... its the nature of the beast.

Sounds like something might have shifted or one of the brackets is a bit loose or your barrings are bad causing the shaft to be out of alignment. (aka bad install)
