Default S1 Kit and P-Tuning Turbo Back....Need help!

I purchased a used P-tuing turbo back system and untold to the original owner the shop he had install his turbo kit modded the P-tuning s-pipe (first section) to fit the Dezod S1 kit's downpipe (differs from stock location).

This would be awesome if I had a Dezod Kit on my car since you can then have a 3" s-pipe instead of the Dezod supplies 2.5... but I do not.

What I was hoping to do was see if someone was planning on getting the p-tuning turbo back and was going to mod the s-pipe to fit there downpipe on their S1 kit and possibly trade for my modded pipe???? This would be a trade for the first section of the s-pipe. wouldn't need to ship both sections of s-pipe back and fourth. If someone is interested in doing this I would also cover the shipping of your pipe to me.

I can take the pipe to a local exhaust shop, but they now want way more then I can pay to have it switched back to the original location

Hopefully someone was planning on doing this and can help me out

Thanks,
Scott

how different is it from the stock? maybe they can just heat it so they can like bend it to the right position.. or maybe you can use your TT spipe instead of ptuning spipe, if its a 3" it should be a problem

It would need to be cut and welded again to make it the correct angle.

mine is the ZPI repalcement kit which uses the stock location. No s-pipe from TT

the s-pipe back p-tuning will bolt right up. I am talking the s-pipe to the Downpipe off the turbo not the included s-pipe from dezod

I had one, then I sold it when I got my used p-tuning turbo back. Then I found out later that my p-tuning s-pipe had been altered to work with the dezod DP instead of the stock location

It really shouldn't cost that much to fix. Purchase a piece of 3"stainless thats about 5 inches long and take it to the local ghetto exhaust welding shop. Around here, it would cost ~$30 to get that done.

Please, those guys know more about welding exhausts than any speed shop ever could. I use the term Ghetto because that's how it will look after rewelding. Of course you shouldn't care as it's under the car and nobody will ever see it again.

I have had a cat and resonator welded into my Megan eaxhaust for ~3 years with no issues whatsoever. Took them 25 minutes to do and cost me $25.

Pretty welds are just...well....pretty. You can't visually judge penetration.
