SC rotor noise?

SC rotor noise?
Sorry if this is a duplicate question. I installed the TRD supercharger and now have a noticeable noise (meaning you can clearly hear this at idle inside the car). It sounds like a purring kitten for lack of a better description, like a car that needs a tuneup.
The whine under load is fine, I've heard that before.
Is this sound normal? -- is is supposed to sound like that?
