OK . I know they offer the wide band and self tune option for an additional $395. But it is not an AEM unit!!

Whats the max you can go on the AEM?
Everything mecanica_pito said was true. Knowledgeable mechanic/tuner lol. Move to miami, bro! =)
No problem!
If it wasn't because Dezod took the time to design the AEM EMS modified for the tC I would have gone Hydra. I have already modified an AEM Honda EMS to work with my SR20DE-T Nissan engine and I swear I am not doing it again for any car that has other options!

The AEM works with any MAP sensor of any brand. Typical MAP sensor used for boost is the AEM 3.5 BAR (36psi) but the 5 BAR (60psi) is common and widely used!

I have a gt3575. If i were to theoretically get to 43.512psi on a built engine to handle it. What whp do you think I would be looking at? Silly question I know. But just a theoretical answer would be enough

Theoretically you could get around: 549.80 BHP & 465.73 Ft/Lbs, if you left the engine with the same compression ratio, bore and stroke, and at ambient temp of 86*F and an RPM Limit of 6200 RPMs. All this at 44PSI. Also taking into account a Compressor and intercooler efficiency of only 70%, which maybe it could be different. But don't take my word for it. This is all theoretical.

Actually, 549.80bhp would equal around 467.33whp. So no luck yet supposedly. I don't know why, but my corrections don't seem to go well now. Because the higher the PSIs I try to calculate, the lower it seems to give the readings to me. At 10PSI, it gives me a normally accurate response. But when I used 44PSI, It gave me less than ideal numbers. Maybe it has something to do with thermal efficiency, or it gets reeeeeeeaaaaally hard to squeeze more power. Now I only raised the REV limiter to 7000RPMs and it gave me a whole totally different BHP figure. It gave me 620.74BHP, or around 527.629whp. I don't know..... its buggin me.

By the way.... I like Paper Racing. As you can see.

It frees your back pressure but with 3" exhaust.
it acts like a Wastegate but electrical.
it routes the backpressure to the muffler.
or when opened it throws it in the atmosphere without ever reaching the rest of the down pipe to the Muffler.

Hope i was clear.

We have a GT35R with a .82 A/R turbine housing and made 360HP at only 12psi with the power still climbing even with the stock cams . At 19psi we made 476HP without being fine tuned as it was the first run at that boost level. At the rate we were making power we would have been over +600HP at 30 psi and a higher rev limit of about 8,000 rpm's !
I don't think the GT35R is efficient at 43psi so I wouldn't push it beyond maybe 35psi.

I want to get at least 325WHP and 325WTQ at 10lbs or less with a new turbo. Can the GT35R do that? What RPM does it spool full boost?

Neil, you do not need a GT35R at all. Complete waste of money in your case, unless in the long term you are going to build the motor like these guys. I made 308whp @ 8.9 psi with a 2.5" Exhaust, so now with my 3" I bet I am somewhere in that range.

Well, I can get one at the same price for a GT3076R. I suppose the GT3076R is the way way to go.

Full boost at about 3000rpms.
I'll look at it more closely next time I go out for a ride.

Thanks, people are saying it will be near redline as its too big for low boost applications.
