Show me some pics of ur water cooled turbo setups
as title says. I want to see how your people routed ur waterlines to your turbo because i am currently installing my gt3076r in my turbonetics turbo and it is watercooled
so if people can post pics of there setups i would greatly appreciate this.

my car is currently 2 hours away ... but there is a coolant line runing directly in front of the block (under your manifold) i compression fitted braided line to that as my in and out. basically the center of the pipe was chopped as discarded and then it was routed into and out of my turbo.

i know at the end of the throttle body coolant line there are two of them. A return and a feed line. Could i just T each one cuz i'm using radiator hoses w/ banjo fittings instead of the steel braided lines.
oh yeah and what do u mean by "compression fitted braided line "? sorry for the new questions but i'm new to this water cooling setup, and i from w i have seen on scionlife and from what people did is i can put a "t" fitting on the main line under he manifold or i can "t" both recieving and return coolant line which is located close to the throttle body? Am i correct on this????

used a compression fitting and adapted braided line to it... i wouldnt necessarily suggest it since compression fittings are prone to leaks which is why my cars getting all fixed up now they are gunna bead roll the water pipe i was talking about and hose clamp the braid on there .. ill post pics as soon as i get my ish back.

On my brothers car we just ran the turbo water line inline with the throttle body lines. No tee's. This way there is a constant flow rate. With 2 tee's I just thought the water pressure's would end up fighting causing the water to sit in the turbo and boil like crazy. Been working fine this way for about 3 monthes.

is the throttle body water that line thats runs from from llike a metal hose to a ruber hose? Or is it the two hose that are connected right next to the throttle body? What kind of fitting would I need to tap it into the coolant lines. Also i know there is two lines u have to connect to the the front side of the turbo and the back side of the turbo. I'm assuming the front side is the recieving side... would i be tapping the front side to one of the coolant lines and the recieving side to the other coolant line? I saw your pic but i still can't get a clear picture of it because i can't see where it is exactly tapped.

drain the coolant, as best you can. the two lines you need are the one just under the main line into the head and the one off of the metal return line. decide if you want to keep coolant on the throttle body or not depending on where you are located. if you decide to keep the coolant running through the TB, take the line off the TB to the metal pipe and hold on to it. take some new line and run it to the TB to the front side of the turbo (or rear if you want, the turbo is not picky in most cases). then take the line you took off and see if it will give you enough length to connect the turbo to the metal line. fill the coolant back up, check for leaks. your done.

Thats the same setup I used while installing my brothers. Works like a charm.
