i got the trd s/c on my 06 tc with dc headers and a custom magnaflow...and in the morning when i start up...or even if i rev high enough....black smudge sometimes comes out of the muffler along with moisture....whats goin on? i went to my toyota and their master tech told me that it could be the car just running slightly lean due to the reflash that was done a couple of weeks ago...any other ideas? and is this a big problem?

black would mean rich, aka extra fuel. some moisture is normal

 

its prolly.. exhaust h20 is a byproduct of combustion, the s/c tune is rich.. theres your dark smudgy moisture.
