Default So What's a "SICK" install look like..*pics*..

"this is an AEM wideband. there are many like it, but this one is Mine. Without me, the AEM is useless, without the AEM, I am useless."

The mission Should ZPI choose to accept it. Install an AEM wideband and tune this turbo tC to prestine running condition, according to the specs of ME. This will require good attention to detail, with minimal room for era.

Build materials:

1 tC with ZPI turbo kit
1 AEM wideband
1 Kenny Strickler brain

Phases

Dash removed
Fitment in desired location
wiring schematic designing

Wiring

ZPI must remove dash assembly and circuitry
Wideband is rather large for the install location
ZPI shall engineer/figure out how to install in the location specified, therefore, modification of cutting the AEM wideband in Half is necessary
HVAC controls must be relocated
Engineer shall unsolder and resolder some odd 40+ points on tC circuit board (x2) as it must be duplicated on the other points
Car shall not experience electrical failure upon reinstallation

Tune

ONE SIMPLE OBJECTIVE........The **** shall Shred and RIP the roads upon which it's rubber touches!

Clean

Complete with Ears and Nose

Night Shot

Rear looking in

Smooth lighting

19 lbs

ZPI FTW!

Corbeau FTW!

Another back shot

Just when you thought ZPI only sold turbo kits... . The car is hauling A$$, and kudos go out to ZPI for taking up this task. They don't mind taking on difficult task. If you think this was simple and easy, you should try it. When he told me the wideband had to be cut in half, and resoldered, I knew it wasn't going to just a simple gauge install. The temp **** has been relocated to the left side of the dash where the little black squares are. Don't know if you can tell by the pics, but Attention to detail even went passed me, as I noticed that the Blue indicator for Full Cold, matches the widebands Point of Richness indicator light. And the Red indicator for Full Heat matches the widebands Point of Lean indicator light. And just FYI, yes I do have more than one seat. I just installed the driver seat just to test things out. Also have the Corbeau harness waiting to go in (thanks Corbeau). When the ZPI touches it, it turns to Gold. Ironically the other day, they were working on installing Lambo doors and a Competitors turbo kit onto a customers xB. Their integrity goes beyond their own products. Thanks again guys, for another time and effort well spent.

Thanks tCrew, but it was the ZPI team doing the good job...lol. I just told them where I wanted it, and they took care of the rest.

on 7 lbs, it layed down 250whp/250wtq. It's not on 7lbs anymore though, and I have yet to go back to the dyno. I will after the holidays.

hehe...relocating the temp ****? i know how much of a pain in the ___ that is personally looks nice, I wish I could install things on top of my dash and A-pillars but it would hurt the sound imaging.
Give us a full shot of the car!

Hmm, 1 stock seat and one racing seat huh? I like it...different, but I like it. No reason the passenger needs a racing seat. I think you should leave the 2nd one out - otherwise your girl will never want to sit in the car with you....."what is this seat i'm sitting in" lol

I also want to only put in ONE racing seat, and leave the passenger side intact. No problems there?

I've seen that set up before. I know for fact that to have a Corbeau sponsorship. You have to have 2 seats and 2 harnesses. I hope you have 2 decals on the car too.
