Maybe it's time for a cast iron one. Or tube manifold!!!
I have a cast iron one and I have a hairline crack in mines which if I raise the boost from 17 to let's say 20-22psi with my new exhaust housing I think that crack will get bigger.

You've got something going on there to cause that manifold to fail TWICE. I can't quite put my finger on it, but there is something going on.

Anyway, with respect to that Megan, it did not fit at all. You had to modify the head flange to lineup onto the studs. Then the WG plum back on the downpipe, which I have one of these here, needs to be rewelded due to the fact of poor R&D on Megans part. If you do go this route, be prepared for fab work. I will off the downpipe I have here to you for CHEAP!

 

almost every manifold you get you will need to modify cause not all of them fit exact unless you get the same manifold you had!
