The intercooler will fit without cutting the bumper, but you'll still have to remove the core support.
unfortunatly im not running the stock bumber. im using the kaminari kit, we looked at it from every angle and just couldnt get it it to fit.

I wouldnt be that impressed with those numbers...I though ZPI claimed a lot higher numbers than that automatic or not. Also, I must note, taken right from Kenny's post in your other thread:

Thats a real dissapointment right there if thats the most powerful stage 0 kit on the road
Does anyone have any dyno sheets on a stage 0 other than you 2 guys?? I am starting to think that these numbers on the stage 0's seem a lil bit inflated...regardless of automatic or 5 speed

also didn't ZPI say that the FMIC didn't help with the stage 0 since it was dealing with a low amount of boost?
or have they since changed things on that.

These are good numbers for AT with stock exhaust. I can bet you that that car will hand a manual tranny its ___ with similar fwhp power. The exhaust and spipe should help a lot.

Pete, could you answer my question about locking up the tranny in gear for dyno?

im not sure about that but with any turbo setup a fmic is always good to have lupe. when we did the dyno we could see the manifold glowing red it was trippy. but like i said this is one if not THE orginal stage 0 that zpi released I will do another dyno once i get the exhuast installed and see if the #s are any better plus im still runnign stock spark plugs i should get hose tonight or tomorrow.

Im very happy to read this post! It is my dream to acquire a Stage 0 kit sometime this year. Im hoping your torque will go way up though with a proper tune and custom exhaust. Good luck and I'll definitely keep this thread in mind!!!

pete, saw the vid. looks like you'll need a "stiffy".
really though, I'd get one sooner than later. makes a world of difference and you won't have to worry about busting a mount like highlandermac did. it didn't move as much as his did but just to be on the safe side...
