I know... it would probably be more towards what I should really be pushing since I loose to much boost because of altitude.

Yes 250+ is the goal but it doesn't have to happen tomorrow. The 65mm pulley is a start, once I have effective cooling for the boost charge then I'll move to the 55mm pulley. I know getting it tuned will open up more power since the TRD tune is crap. I know that it will take stuff like an intake manifold, maybe cams, maybe some PnP work; I may have to change up the exhaust layout when I start pushing more boost, 3" PTuning anyone?

Good luck man, a friend of mine just dynoed his SC tC and got about 198WHP @ 7.5psi on stock SC pulley. Only mods are K&N drop in filter, forged 007 BPV, DME header, gompka shaft and TRD exhaust. Oh...and he's shooting for 300WHP which he'll hopefully get by the end of this year or beginning of net year.

I had a Scion/Toyota dealer in Colorado Springs install the S/C for me.
With the TRD springs I also had installed, it was 800$.

Hey Soccer Boy, how's that SC treating you? I am slowly piecing mine together but am a little apprehensive to install because of some of the feedback I have seen on the forum. However, I have all the bells and whistles, and am going to get a good tune. Just wanted to see if you were still satisfied with yours?

Well tomorrow I am getting my 60k mile checkup... and stage 1 brake kit installed!
So I'm going to get Toyota to lay it all out on what is left on my warranty coverage.
Once I actually do pass 60k, in another 700miles, I will be swapping to the 9.5psi pulley.... but I may have to temporarily get a water/meth kit to keep it stable... I'm paranoid.

I may end up ditching emanage but I don't know right now.... I hear to much back and forth on which piggyback is better greddy or aem or whatever.

I will definatly post the new numbers when available!

dont worry about water/meth on a 9.5. I have been running mine for a year and no problems even in 105 degree weather.

I think its because he's afraid the car will run lean with the 9.5 lbs pulley.

No it's because I want to put in an intercooler... yes I know lost boost pressure but that is what the 12psi pulley would be for... or even 15psi

I just don't want to be running lean or tempting knock....

from everything i have read it is so inefficient to do an intercooler its not worth it, and when you start getting into the 15psi boost range you also need to thing about replacing internals. i plan to go 12lb and water/meth. i would start there then if temps are still to high you can do an oil cooler. just my .02 cents

When I have the money and time and I'll try a top mount intercooler, less piping shorter distance and maybe just maybe there will be no drop in pressure.

a top mount would defiantly rob less boost, (someone correct me if im wrong) but i think it will still take round 3lbs from you. worth a try though it sure would look bad a**

I hope its not that much, but I think I'm going to try it anyways, hopefully soon when I get a job, also I'll make a cut out on my CF hood and add a WRX impreza hood scoop.

Thank you!
I always seem to have fun when driving my tC.

I just ordered the new BPV, Forge Splitter
I have the new belt for the 9.5psi pulley

Having trouble finding the 3/8-24x1 replacement bolt, in grade 8.
I want to buy it but I don't want to buy a bag of 25, nobody sells a single bolt... not Ace, Lowes, Home Depot, Adv Auto Parts, O'Reilly Auto...

Going to Home Depot to buy a cutting tool to notch out the existing tamper bolt, also pick up some other tools to help remove the OEM pulley.
