Just wondering if anyone has tired other super chargers than the TRD if there are any?

 

No, there aren't any.

 

Nope.. a roots blower would be so much better.. but no one has one. Some fabrication and cramming in would have to take place to make one work though.

 

Sounds lame, but I have a Friend of a Friend thats knows someone that suposedly has a Custom Roots set-up on a tC. Doubt it's true though.

 

Hmmm that's interesting. I never knew that.

 

On the tC from what I can see you would have to either completely redesign the firewall, rotate the engine forward and possibly have a higher cowl on the hood or have a very different intake to make a roots work on our car due to the way everything is mounted. But if there is one out there I would love to see it.

 

Yea, me too. I'll have to talk to my friend to see if we can arrange a meet and greet/ talk about our set-ups.

Yea, I don't think you would really see it behind the motor on the intake side. Our motor bays are not very spacious.

 

I'd cram a LS7 in there before a custom supercharger.
