Default supercharger question

My aux pulley keeps dying. I've gotten it down to replacing it once a year.

Couple of questions:

Should I have to put washers behind the stabilizing piece to act as spacers?

Should there be a spacer behind the main pulley on the shaft?

Just trying to line thing up to see if it helps.

Is there a right way to put the supercharger in for things to line up, a checklist of sorts I can go over?

The only pulley that you should be shimming is the main supercharger pulley on the shaft. You should pick up a shim kit from Toyota to line the belt up with all the other pulleys.

Two things impact this alignment, the shims as mentioned but also the supercharger mounting. You may want to go through the bolt tightening procedure to get that part done properly, make sure the belt is off when you do this.
