Default Supercharger Tune (not starting)

ok heres the deal. i got my car tuned couple days ago with the emanage blue and the car ran perfect made 251 whp and 220lbs. now my problem is i drove the car all day perfect then the next day when i get into my car in the morning it wouldnt start it would try to and i press the accelerator and it will just sputter and then die. then i unplugged the emanage and plugged up everything back to stock and the car started right up. then drove it around came back to my house plugged in the emanage back up and the car started just fine. so pretty much when the car hasnt been started for hours or being started for the first time in the morning it wont start. but after when the car is hot or warmed up the car starts just fine with the emanage. and i dont wanna always bplug my stock ecu up then crank it drive it around then plug back the emanage. does anyone know whats the cause of this? i was told it might be my plugs that need a smaller gap or something like that? could that be it? right now i have the stock trd plugs in. thanks!

my mods are 9.5 pulley, zpi exhuast, megan header and s pipe, hks cold air intake and emanage. by the way i have the 12 psi pulley but havent put it on yet cause my tensoiner bolt broke lol.

i hope it is. thats why i am gonna try the plugs( 2 steps colder ones) they have a smaller gap then the trd ones. i hope it works. cause i am running lean as hell since i got hks cold air and i am running rich as hell if i step on it.

I would add a little more fuel at idle. Sounds like it's not getting enough fuel with the emanage at idle.

Uhhh as far as the spark plug gap, they should be gapped at .032' i think. At least the stock and TRD plugs are gapped at .032

i thought the trd gap was bigger like 40 or 44 something like that? but i dunno. i would need more fuel at idle? my car idles perfect at idle with the emanage on. its just having cold start issues with the emanage on. but with the stock ecu its perfect. then i plug the emanage on after the engine is warm and starts right up.

this happened to me too. check your jumpers. i forget which one but i forgot to set the jumper to 12v and once i made the switch it worked perfectly. also try re-uploading the map onto your emanage.

jumper settings inside the emanage. you will actually have to open up the unit to make the changes. check the users manual. install the software on your laptop or computer and ask your tuner to email you your map so you can upload it yourself.

i would seriously try what 05-rs1 says. i had the same issue with my supercharged z24 and that cleared it up as well.

its very very simple to do man. just read the manual it will explain which jumper to switch

yeah, i think there's even a diagram in the manual. just get a hex screwdriver and open it up.

and i just saw you're FS thread for the 9.5 pulley, so do you have your 12psi pulley on now?

i got a question also. if i connect my emanage now with the trd injectors will it run bad or what will happened cause that emanage was tuned when i had the 550cc injectors. would it matter? just curious. my spark plugs arrive tomorrow hopefully that works.
