Default T3 bolts too short for downpipe flange, help??

I started piecing together a kit back in April. 6 months later and today is install day!!! So I start putting it together and the bolts coming out of the turbo for the downpipe are barely too short to thread the nuts on after the do flange.....I can't be the only person this has happened to, so any help is greatly appreciated. Its a Garrett t3 and a treadstone downpipe.

Can't you just get longer bolts?

I don't think they come out. They're on the turbo.

Got them out.....soaked in PB Blaster and used the double-nut method.

You thread on two nuts, tighten as much as you can, then take a wrench to the bottom nut and try to loosen it. The hardest part of the whole thing is taking the nuts off of the stud once it's out lol.
