jwallace045 drove the 14.8 he had: Injen CAI, Megan Racing header, Invidia S-pipe, Magnaflow cat back exhaust, some short shifter, and later found out he had some bent valves when putting on his Descendant turbo kit.

There's a 1/4 and 1/8 mile thread with time slips just to keep the info in one spot... just sayin' since all this would be a nice addition to that thread haha.

I just asked him since I wasn't there with him. He said pretty much. There's a video somewhere I'm gonna try and find it, and I'll post it.

He had bent valves? How'd that happen?

BTW I think 11.7 is quick for a tC. For a 3000+lb, FWD, encnocar. Id love to be in the 13's lol

My fiance drove our tC to a 14.8 @ 90 in the 1/4.

Mods:

- DR's
- Removed rear seats
- Full 2.5 inch exhaust

Consistently ran 15.0. This was about 4yrs ago.

Today running N/A now, I run 15.0 on street tires. When I get my new setup looking for a 11sec pass on the stock motor.

We were running 15.1-15.2 on the factory Scion tires, then switched to DR's and was running 15.0 constant with a dip into 14.8 territory. Comparable to MikeScion back in the day when he had I/H/E/Pulley and was running 14.8's on DR's all day. He had his friend drive his tC in the last drag shootout. My fiance drove ours against his friend and beat him (he missed 2nd gear) and choked. This is how we became turboed from the get go. The prize was a 16G turbine.
