Default tC video you want to see ***VIDEO***

Well we installed our new Ingalls "Stiffy" Engine Damper that the nice folks over at Ingalls sent us to try. Well they told us to put it through the ringers and see what would happen. Well we had a slight wheel hop problem with our turbo tC and a issue with the intercooler pipe hitting the hood under wide open acceleration. We thought what better way to test it than to do a big stupid burn out.

You will see a tC go through hell in only a few moments please be aware that we are not pro video makers and there is some lousy video editing.

***Warning this is a gross display of one tire action*** (may not be suitable for LSD owners)

Quaife I hope you are watching....

hahaha nice, maybe the one wheel action had something to do with one wetting one tire haha. at least there was no wheel hop. BTW how much better are yalls motor mounts than the traditional engine damper?

It all started like this.. We install the Ingalls Stiffy.. We want to see how much the engine moves...

So kenny does a burnout in the shop with the hood up.. Engine looks pretty solid.. Yeilds the following..

So, we get bored, swap some OEM wheels on, grab the camera, and head out to the parking lot..

Insert video...

and then... Post carnage pics..

I guess our cars are right tire dominant then. When I didnt my many few burnouts only the right wheel spins. If I a rolling burnout then both wheels would spin. hahaha that last pic looks like my tire also when i was done!!!!

It depends.. in the Orlando video, you can see it's totally a left tire spinning thing.. both tires wet, but on slicks..

I think the plan right now is for Kenny to drive around for a week or so with the Engine damper, play with the adjustments, etc.. and then remove it and install the new mounts and test them.. Then maybe test both together..

I think the damper will be good for most of the street people, but the true american badasses will need something more..

the mounts v. the damper is a hard comparision the damper is easier to install the mounts offer a much less fail rate.

We plan on using both even though in a way they are self defeating they should work well togther offering the best of both worlds.

We will have a full review of the ingalls "stiffy" it appears to be a great mod for the money.
