haha yaa i didnt even wanna try it i dont wanna rush it bc time is limited at my job to what i can do and stuff , bc wen i did the other 2 mounts i was still on the clock haha and im on the clock the whole time so ya lol, i just dont have enough time to do the rear one right now but wen i do the clutch i'll throw it in there so theres more room and whhat not. i hear its easy but space is also limited unless u have a lift lol

At Only 12psi..its not the boost thatll kill an engine, its all about the tune and heat management

^without question. And the reason why people are running 10lbs max on stock blocks is to keep the engine. Why do you think the dezod kits come with 8lb setups? Sure with a good tune from ptuning I would think the engine would last for the year but when im building something I want it to last more then a year - There are upgraded rods on the market that start at people looking for 350whp ..... so that tells you right there the stock rods should be running less then 330whp.

My MBC is set to 11.5, sometimes it opens at 12, sometimes it opens at 9. The highest I've spiked was around 13 (gauge has peak memory, audible warning is set at 12). So far I've been boosted for 10,000 miles, and I hit boost almost every time I accelerate.

Reason why people are running 10lbs max is because they have been brain washed...

Reason why kits come with 8lb setups....hmm...don't sound logical to throw a noob into a turbo kit running 12lbs as soon as he/she gets it. 8lbs is a baby step and ease for the customer who has never had boost before.

PS.....you know, you don't exactly have to hit full boost every time you drive your car. Daily driven on 14lbs of boost could last longer than a few years if you kept your foot out of the floor......get what I'm saying?

If he's on these forums and rarely posts, it might be him lol. He was asking me about my exhaust and I gave him a ride in my car.

That is another thing - when your turned at 10lbs you have a space where things can spike some and your fine (given that your tune is good).

^ things are fine when your tune is 100% but that is not always the case as you were saying.
