Take a pic of the WG Actuator and post it up. Its a start. Make sure its not bent out of the ordinary.

The actuator is what get's messed up in shipping. If you can open and close the actuator by hand and it feels smooth then it should be okay.

If the actuator rod is free of defects and you can't find any other physical damage you should be ok.

When you first drive... Make your first boost pull in 5th gear at about 2000rpms. Floor it and you'll have time to let off if the boost levels go too high. Do not do this often though. Putting a severe load on the motor in a high gear at low rpms is not good for it in long-term.

Looks pretty good to me man. I'd do the test I was telling you about and let us know how it goes. You should be fun.

if u want to be 100% sure it will open at a specific pressure u will need an air supply with a low pressure gauge and regulator . turn the reg. down while having the airline plugged , once u get the pressure to ur liking then hook a hose to the port on the waste gate actuator and the pressure regulator , it should fully open at that specific pressure .

That's good to know. Another bit of knowledge to add to the brain.
