An anti-fouler installed correctly will prevent CELs, that is what they do.

People quoted me this on just a n/a setup it would work, I tried it several diffrent ways and it didn't work for me. I talked with ZPI about the problem and from what their tech told me a 1/3rd of the people still have problems.
