Default Throttle Body Connections

I have looked everywhere for a Vacuum diagram for the 2009 TC, I cannot find it, if anyone has one I would appreciate it.

MY PROBLEM
There are 4 fittings on the throttle body as well as the throttle electrical connector.

Knowing 2 of them are to bring in warm water to prevent the throttle body from frosting up (freezing) in cold climates and higher altitudes.

1 is for connection to the vacuum switch, my assumption is this one is the main working vacuum source for the car.

What is the 4th fitting for? Is it connected in a Turbo setup? If not should it be plugged or left open?

Could it be the main vacuum connection is below throttle butterfly and the other above?

List of ports
1. Water in
2. Water out
3. Main Vacuum Port
4. ?????????

I would appreciate your knowledge if you have sorted this out

that second one goes to a surge tank. looks almost like the vsv i believe under the intake mani or somewhere in that general area and runs into another hose. hope this helped.

some are a little different but all are just a sorta vent. some just have a hose on it ran just under the intake manifold.

Thanks all for responding to my post, so if its a vent it can be open to air pressure (maybe a condensation drain) and not plugged in a Turbo setup, my concern was it could effect tuning or worse yet be a vacuum leak if not plugged. With the amazing electrical diagrams provided, cant understand why Scion does not provide a vacuum diagram by year.

Thanks Again
