Mike-

You seriosly disappoint me. There is always one bad apple in every bunch, and you sir are it.

I have made a call to UPS and they are sending the product I sent to you back to me.
As soon as I get it I will be mailing you your money back.

Again do not call me, do not email me...I have no desire to ever hear from you again. (told you that once before but that didn't help)

I cannot tell you how many people and other companies warned me about you...I should have taken there advice. It really bothers me (more than words can express) that someone like you has my product. You do not deserve it.

And to think I sent you the parts (ones you did not even pay for) for peace of my mind and I get this.

You sir have no patience....I love the picture you paint. Granted its only half a picture one that makes me look like an @#$ but thats what you wish to accomplish.

No other company would have put up with you like I did and have...

If I tell you that something will be done on thurs or fri on a monday....

why would you then text me and call me 7-10 times on tues and again on wed asking if the stuff was ready???....I know why...cause you dont listen.

Oh and you forget to mention that I set a price for the manifold and turbine housing....

and when you paid for it....how much were you short? and was I ok with it??? sure was

oops you forgot about that too.

I have done allot for you.....and you want to come on here are rant about my customer service.

Just a heads up....if you are trying to get dyno'd by the tuner you talked to me about....I have also called them and warned them too stay far away from you.

Good luck with your project.

Regards-

Todd

PS- send me your manifold back and I will gladly refund your money for it

threads like this always get out of hand...there is no happy ending for anyone

Myself or Mike in this case. We both loose.

He doesnt get his parts and I have failed as a company owner and as a salesman/customer service representative for my company.

Its sad. But I will learn from it and will be better for having gone through all of this.

I do take allot of time, more so than I usually want too. Its not for the lack of trying or focus. Its the things that I have no control over now that usually bite me in the #$%. But not in this case, which it turns out was a poor decision on my part. Had I done what I normally do, none of this would have happened and Mike most likely would have got his parts and I would have peace of mind.

Well see where this goes....

Regards-

Todd

I'm not reading this whole entire thread but would like to put my two cents in on this. If you really want the parts you should wait. Nothing is made in a wink of an eye like those freaking shows on TV. This is the real world when your stuff is fabbed it takes time. Other Projects are in order as they come in. Set backs and other stuff that comes up should always be taken into consideration. Todds got some good stuff and yes he's one man who is probably dealing with a lot on his plate. I know when I used to work in this business of parts sales, a customer ranting on about where are my parts and stuff is only adding to the stress and slowing work down for me. But look if they are on back order or they are just going to have to take longer than expected. and we say it's going to be taken care of, it is.. It doesn't mean we drop whatever we got infront of us and just jump to your crap right away. If you were so worried about getting something done on that time. Then you as the person who is putting the project together should have planned it out better or do it yourself..

Todd i swear bro your' a liar dude you quoted me a price i drove from Cali and gave you more than you quote never low balled you!!! manifold was 500 bucks housing you said $175 and then lil things like gaskets and flange that you didn't have when i met you OK 500+175= $675 no shippin cause i drove out there to get the shyt... ok well how much did you get hmmm $700 wow Now todd hmm you calling UPS to have them send the part back to you WOW i believe you now NO sorry dude your a fking Liar send me the tracking number so you can prove me wrong. Heres the problem I have nothing to lie about i have said my side of the story and you have only made me look like a liar. Heres probley what happend you texted me to tell me you were sending them and someone else needed the same part for a kit and you sent them theres and made some bullshyt story to make me look bad its all good bro i don't get either my $320 by the weekend i will be going to your house witha receipt and i'm going to get something out of it i'm done playing your games and now its time for you to play mine. And as for companys telling you not to deal with me DEzod is the only other company that would have anything to say about me and i don't think they would act like a lil fking kid like you did. Unless one of the people that you used to get stuff off of said something but i don't think Kenny would talk bad about me like that... I've said enough now lets see what you got to say about that.

Mike-

I never lied too you about anything....there is and was no reason to do so.

You should have checked your text messages last Tues night...I text'd you the tracking number.

They would have been delivered tomorrow...and I sent you an entire chargepipe kit so you wouldn't have any issues.

Its too bad...one more day.

Regards-

Todd

Well that sucks. Patience is a virtue. 1 day from having your charge pipe kit, now nothing. sucks. Move on.

As a matter of fact, didn't Mike have the same issue with Dezod...
Ok. I do not want to be involved in this thread what-so-ever, but I need to set this response straight.

1) Tuners blow up cars, not turbo kits. If this is news to you, I encourage and urge you for your own sake of your own motor, please PM me and I will suggest some reading materials so that you know the difference.

2) True we have shipped kits out sometimes with some components missing, but this was at the customers discretion, and they where forewarned. Sometimes, like for example now, companies like TIAL that make an instrumental part of all of our kits, are backordered on our stock order, which has been outstanding since the 15th of this month, it makes it hard to hold someone's order up due to that one piece. This is when the customer is contacted and the parts are held or shipped accordingly.

3) Mike and Dezod had one $35 interaction, which ended on a negative note and no other transactions have transpired since. EOS

That is all!

Thanks for the support bro! See you at the Showdown?
I did not mean that as a dig on dezod...i KNOW turbo's to blow motors...tunes and bad installs do...I said that in response to browndog's post.
His post made it seem like there were a bunch of posts bashing TT, when in actuallity, there were only 2, both from Mike. I think I have also only seen 2 bad posts about dezod as well, which is the comparison I was going for...

My appologies...
