Default trd injectors with custom turbo kit also need map

So I am building a custom turbo kit right now and still have my trd injectors fomr my s/c. How much whp will they support, they are high flow (if that means anything) will they hold up 275 whp ? I will be tuning with a aem fc/i if that makes a difference. Also the turbo being used is a t3 t104e 50 trim .63 a/r on a Megan Racing Maninfold and Down pipe.

Does anyone have a base map for something simliar to this setup for the ame fc/i ? I want to start off around 4 psi and then build from there.

Make life easier on yourself.

Sell the injectors you have to another person with a S/C or an xA/xB owner needing larger injectors for there boosted project, and buy some 550cc's.

Otherwise keep the boost down- 4psi so your duty cycle isnt through the roof and you lock up an injector

Do things right the 1st time and it will pay off in the end.

Regards-

Todd

2 questions

Can you log the duty cycle on the aem fc/i ?

What would a safe threshold be for the duty cycle ?

if they are 440cc u should at 43psi of fuel be good for 270 whp with about a 75-80 percent duty cycle. I got 440cc as well so dont let people discourage u to go 550 then either way you should have to adjust fuel trim to compensate.

I guess I'll see what I'm running at 4psi and go from there I guess If I get new injectors I would get 625 or 700 and pull fuel with a return setup.

yes, you can log the duty cycle for injectors with the F/IC...download the free ems software from AEMPower and it will input your .txt data in a nice graph for you.
