Does the Highlander use the 2az engine? I imagine the reflash would work on the manual tranny Camry.

But the real question here is...why?

I don't see why the ECU would be different on a manual transmission Camry with the 2AZ engine. But I could be wrong. Oh well.

plus the A/F ratios would probly be way off...the Camrys are tuned down and only put out about 155hp. The California ones put down even less if Im not mistaken due to emissions.

A map is a map is a map. Thet're not modifying the current map, they're re-falshing it with a new one. No you cant use TC ecu on a Camry or a Camry ecu on a Tc. The ecu controls more than just the engine in many cases and this is one of them. The tc and camry have different options so cant simply plug it in. You can re-flash the ecu but it has to be the one that came with the car or the same kind of car. go to toyota or send your ecu to ZPI or get a custom tuned uni-chip.

Wouldn't it have been cheaper to buy a v6 camry than put the supercharger on the inline 4 camry and still have less power than the v6?
