Default TRD s/c leaking, Need help for the dealer. Heat shield HELP

Hi all I have the trd s/c and it is leaking oil. I installed nst crank and s/c pulley. Also a MMW Header, but I got the header coated in jethot 2000 coating.

I only have 6000 more miles on the tc warranty. I think i need to take those aftermarket parts off to make it look like stock before I go in the dealer.

What I need from someone is the trd stock heat shield. Mine is kinda banged up. If someone could let me borrow thiers that their not using or buy it that would be great. I got to get this fixed.

Also has anyone made a good intake for the s/c? Ive been looking but doesnt seem to be in production yet.

thanks

How's a couple of pulley's and a header cause the S/C to leak? Let him warranty the S/C without having to deal with bull____ excuses from the dealership.

Can anyone help me? there is not much time left before i need to go to the dealer.
I thought the supercharger could hold up to 20psi, and It should not leak this early, I dont think its very good quality, it sounds like ____ and didnt notice much power gain from jst the s/c, so i added a few bolt ons to help it out.

if it has a bad seal, maybe they will take care of it, because they have to prove that your headers and pully damaged it. not sure how easy it would be but anyway. try to replace the pully and the headers and see what they say.

also, how could you not notice a boost in 40 hp?

They leak from a ____ty seal inside the shaft. Absolute crappy seal. I made a long winded post about the sc and all the guts and parts. Do a lil search Most likley the header coated or not killed the seal if you sit in traffic a lot, either that or the seal just died because it is garbage. Easily replaceable.

Thanks for the replies. I want to take to dealer but still need the heat shield so they dont blame the problem on no heat shield.
If they fix it I will get a blanket; if they dont I will search for the seal or a way to fix it on here.
Also the damn dealer lost my stock injectors and keep telling me they should be in the box. I keep saying they arent. I guess I will have to write a letter or something about the dealer.

help me with your heat shield if your not using it.

Depending on the dealer you had it installed at they may not care about the cap. Some dont bother putting it on and will admit it and let it slide that its missing.
