how much did you pay for the used kit?
My buddy had the treadstone mani only and it had exhaust leaks like a MF...didnt' fit right.
And did you see if there are any unichip tuners around your area?

I've checked out the mani, and there are no cracks so...hopefully it'll fit right. i paid 1900, he had about 5k miles in it.

there is a tune shop in Orlando, but even they sound a bit sketchy. i was hoping someone had already done the mapping for his Treadstone turbo and i could just copy it.

His didnt' have cracks, it just didnt' sit flush.
And you can't just copy a unichip map...you need some specific software and equipment that only unichip certified tuners can get.
hate to say it, but you could have gotten a new simple kit from TT for $600 more.

i will...

the kit itself was a bargain. its just that i've had bad experiences with "bargains". they usually break while i'm doing something. they also say bargains nowadays come right after a thumbupyourass.

I used to have the treadstone kit and nothing broke. Its just not as flexible to upgrade as the other companies out. Oh and Jason from Treadstone could use a lesson in customer service, no offense ofcourse :D
