Any one think its possiable to set up the ptunning intercooler set onto the turbo toyota manifold?

good luck getting a manifold from TT... so i'll be the first to say its impossible due to that fact alone...

 

If you have the manifold, not hard at all. On my 1gen xB I have a Greddy turbo with a Dezod intercooler. All it takes is custom piping. What I did is pick up straight and 90 degree aluminum tubing, cut each section to fit and taped them together as I put in each new piece. Once fitment was good, I marked each tube to show what piece went to what and in what orientation, and sent them out to a shop for them to weld it up for me.

 

Yeah and it made stellar power too!


Still can't believe the power it made.

 

I want to buy a spare TT manifold, original or 2.1!!

 

:D i have both... but for that fact only... practically cause they're impossible to get a hold of.

 

^^ have you tried em both if they are directly switchable without modifying the pipes?
