tt water lines
my t fitting going to the watter line started to leak today upon further inspection there was a hole in it any one know where i can source one till then my car is down i tried to call todd no answer so todd if you see this give me a call i need some new ones asap
just went to ace its not a standard size not 1/4 not 3/8 not 5/16ths so i odnt know what to do its the braided lines i dont know im poed for sure my car is stranded till i get this piece
no its at the brazed joint the fitting is a home made solution its a 1/4 barbed fitting t with one side cut off and a steel -6 an fitting it has a crack cause the solder didnt bond to the steel due to the wrong solder the other one is leaking to not as bad i found this out when i overheated and found a puddle of water under my car thismorning
i know of one they are closed on the weekends though and tape wouldnt have fixed this hole it was a very steady drip im going to jb weld them so i still have my car to drive till i go buy new ones todd was kinda shaky over text no real solution was thought out so i guess ill just take care of it but got to wait till tomorrow im havinng to make my own with a 4 an t and a 4 to 6 an adapter then 2 4 and to 1/4 or 3/8s barbed fittings going to be about 30 bucks a piece
lol jb weld will work :-D I used it to fix my radiator that i put a screwdrive through when pulling the motor. Just make sure to clean the surface well, scuff it up, and use regular jb - not the jb quik stuff - than let it sit overnight
